Dansville is underrated, change my mind

I relocated for work and Rent is about $881/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 4,731 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
