Danvers is underrated, change my mind

Hey everyone, I'm originally from Sacramento and Median household income is $117,072, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 27,924, Danvers is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,924 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Great weather
- Good job market
- Friendly people

Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Boring for young people
What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
