If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is decent in most areas.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The nightlife scene is decent

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
