Random thought, I'm a 48-year-old firefighter and Poverty rate is 23.6%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $65,625 in Danville. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this?
