Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Median household income is $223,206, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 43,426, Danville is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
