Random thought, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $1,583,300, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 43,426 people. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
