Things that make Danville unique

Hey, Just moved here 1 months ago and Homes are going for about $76,800 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in South. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
