Best coffee shops in Danville?

Hey, Median household income is $93,080, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $269,400 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
