Housing market in Dardenne Prairie right now

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 13,137 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think?

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.
