How is Darien Downtown for outdoor activities?

Hey everyone, Just moved here 13 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 1,329 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2017 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
