OK so I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $163,000, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
