Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $134,300, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $134,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Darlington sits at 172.1 per 100K. Rent is about $885/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
