Darnestown in the winter -how bad?

Longtime lurker here, The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
