Hey everyone, I've been here for 2 years and It's a a small town city with about 11,660 people. Rent is about $2,875/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $297,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,875 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

- Not enough green space
Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up.
