Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Median household income is $65,157, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 11,660, Davenport is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
