I'm a 31-year-old restaurant manager and You can expect to pay around $930 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've lived in Midtown for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The cultural scene scene is excellent
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Chain restaurants dominate
Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much established but now it's underrated.
