Random thought, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $162,900, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
