Best companies to work for in Davidson?

Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Davidson sits at 60.6 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts?

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cultural scene is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
