Davidson in the winter -how bad?

OK so With a population of 14,852, Davidson is a small town. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Davidson sits at 60.6 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The food scene is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
