Best areas to explore in Davie?

OK so It's a a mid-size city city with about 106K people. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
