Davie quality of life -am I missing something?

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2017. You can expect to pay around $1,967 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Davie sits at 254.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $433,600, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I work in legal here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've lived in Fairview for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions
- The community vibe scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..
