Co-working spaces in Davis?

So, Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $87,421, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The housing market is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

I've lived in West for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- The outdoor recreation scene is solid

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
