Been living here since 2017. Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,043 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
