First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $98,500 on average. The median home value here is around $98,500, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience?
