Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $858/month for a decent place. With a population of 5,082, Davison is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
