How are the schools in Dawson?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2013. Homes are going for about $94,800 on average. Household incomes average around $29,046 in Dawson. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
