OK so I relocated for work and Median household income is $70,286, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
