Best companies to work for in Dayton?

Random thought, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation?

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The outdoor recreation is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
