I work in food service and Crime rate is something to consider -Dayton sits at 326.6 per 100K. Median household income is $91,221, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 15,873 people. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
