Weekend activities in Dayton?

The median home value here is around $93,200, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 20.9%, which is higher than I expected. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
