How are the schools in Dayton?
Been living here since 2013. Poverty rate is 17.2%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $1,002/month for a decent place. Median household income is $61,307, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
