Pros and cons of Dayton after 3 years

Hi all, I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much affordable but now it's average.
