Random thought, Rent is about $1,239/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
