Job market in Daytona Beach for tech?

Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,239/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 14.9%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Mediterranean places. the quality of life is solid.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone about the same since then.
