The good and bad of living in Daytona Beach

So, Military spouse here. Median household income is $50,130, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $1,239/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience? Thanks for reading.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
