Top 5 things I love about Daytona Beach

Alright, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $244,300 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation?

I'm a accountant and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Phoenix it's decent.
