Best industries in De Pere right now

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -De Pere sits at 79.5 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
