Co-working spaces in De Queen?

Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $50,979, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -De Queen sits at 500.5 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I've been in Midtown for 7 years. Moved from Boston for weather. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is solid. We bought in 2017 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 2-bed in a safe area. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts.

**Employment:**
marketing is strong here. retail is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it's not perfect but it works for me. The outdoor scene is excellent - we have ski resorts within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Midtown schools are excellent. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Limited high-paying job options. Can feel isolated. And community vibe can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in East. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in finance. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like craft beer.
