Commute times in De Queen -how bad?

Alright, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -De Queen sits at 500.5 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Moved here from Houston about 4 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to public transit but No regrets on my end..
