Random thought, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $370,700, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation?

De Soto is underrated, change my mind
Household incomes average around $105,500 in De Soto. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development.
