Random thought, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 10,815 people. With a population of 10,815, De Witt is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
