Is Deadwood getting better or worse?
Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $706/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 45--F, so expect cold winters. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
Pros:

- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure
Cons:
- Lack of diversity
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Mosquitoes and humidity
