Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 62,099, Dearborn Heights is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 16.4%, which is higher than I expected. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
