Biggest downsides of living in Dearborn Heights?

Hi all, Just moved here 11 months ago and Homes are going for about $174,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
