Dearborn Heights is underrated, change my mind

Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $174,900, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 62,099, Dearborn Heights is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,260/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The public transit is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
