What Dearborn Heights does better than anywhere else

Hi all, It's a a smaller city city with about 62,099 people. Household incomes average around $61,035 in Dearborn Heights. Homes are going for about $174,900 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much competitive but now it's average.
