Just moved to Dearborn, any tips?

Random thought, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? Cheers. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
