Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Dearborn sits at 324.8 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Dearborn? Any help is appreciated. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
