Starting a business in Dearborn?
Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $65,192 in Dearborn. Crime rate is something to consider -Dearborn sits at 324.8 per 100K. Poverty rate is 19.4%, which is higher than I expected. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
