Thinking about relocating to Dearborn from St. Louis

Curious what people think. With a population of 108K, Dearborn is a mid-size city. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Dearborn?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Pittsburgh it's hit or miss.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The dating scene is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
